Description: HINARI is not IP authenticated. It requires a username and password. Students and employees of AUW can obtain these from the Chief Information Officer or the Deputy Director of Library and Information Services. HINARI is a database holding over 6000 academic journals. It is also a portal to a galaxy of other databases, including those of Elsevier (ScienceDirect), Wiley, Springer, and other publishers. Altogether, HINARI makes many thousands of journals available to AUW students and faculty. It also provides the ability to create an account with EndNotesWeb, a tool that makes bibliographies a cinch. As if that weren't enough, HINARI offers the full texts of many reference works.
